Job summary

Onward Search's Orlando-based entertainment client is seeking a Product Manager for a 12-month contract in a hybrid role. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape digital experiences across platforms and drive guest interactions.

You will define roadmaps, translate business needs into user stories, manage the backlog in Jira, and serve as the product contact through delivery and defect resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Proven success in addressing technical, user, and business challenges within fast-paced organizations.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing digital projects from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that leverage technology for business growth.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps, features, and priorities for digital and commercial platforms.
• Translate business needs into detailed product documentation, such as user stories and go-to-market plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the product throughout project phases and support defect management.
• Manage the product backlog in Jira, monitor updates for leadership, and ensure smooth rollout and maintenance of features.
