Bowman and Brooke LLP in Los Angeles (Torrance), CA seeks an Associate for our Product Liability Practice Group. You will handle day-to-day case development, including depositions, client interactions, discovery tasks, and drafting and arguing motions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of litigation experience, strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, and is admitted to the California Bar or can become a member.

Competenze

• JD or foreign equivalent from accredited law school.
• Active member of the California Bar or ability to become a member of the CA Bar.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.

Mansioni

• Handle day-to-day case development including depositions and client interactions.
• Collaborate with technical experts and manage discovery tasks.
• Draft and argue motions and support partners on strategic litigation planning through trial preparation.
