You will handle day-to-day case development, depositions, client interaction, discovery tasks, and drafting motions, collaborating with partners and expert witnesses in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid remote option available.

Qualifications

• JD or foreign law degree required.
• Active CA Bar membership or ability to obtain
• 3+ years of litigation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle depositions and day-to-day case development.
• Engage directly with clients and collaborate with experts.
• Manage critical discovery tasks and draft/argue motions.
• Support partners on strategic litigation planning through trial prep.
