The role emphasizes hands-on involvement in day-to-day case development, including handling depositions, client interactions, collaboration with technical experts, and critical discovery tasks.

Competenze

• JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar or ability to become one.
• 4+ years of litigation experience.

Mansioni

• Handle depositions and direct client interactions, collaborating with experts.
• Manage discovery tasks and draft and argue motions.
• Support partners on strategic litigation planning from case inception through trial.
• Contribute to trial preparation and execution as a key team member.
