Qualifications

• JD or foreign equivalent from accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar membership or eligibility to join.
• 6+ years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day case development, including depositions.
• Directly engage with clients and collaborate with experts.
• Manage discovery tasks and draft/argue motions.
• Support partners on strategic litigation planning and trial prep.
