Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Product Development Program Manager for a hybrid role within 50 miles of Raleigh, NC. Relocation benefits are provided within the United States.

The role leads large, multi-disciplinary product development projects, driving lean culture and continuous improvement to meet business goals and enable growth. The position requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 3+ years in PM/Engineering/Product Development (2+ years leading

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
3+ years in Program Management, Engineering, and/or Product Development with at least 2 years leading projects.
Relocation benefits available within the United States.
Preferred PMP or equivalent certification.
MBA or master's degree is a plus.
Experience in electrical industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi-disciplinary product development projects across offices and time zones.
Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for completion.
Enhance the maturity of program management practices across the organization.
Create comprehensive business plans for product development projects.
Address challenges with expertise in PM, change management, and communications.
