Eaton’s Electrical Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Product Development Program Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote) within 50 miles of our facility.

The role leads large multi-disciplinary projects, collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop schedules and budgets, and creates business plans to drive product development and lean improvements across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of combined professional experience in Program Management, Engineering, and/or Product Development, including at least 2 years of experience leading projects or programs.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship for this position.
• Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent.
• MBA or master's degree and experience in electrical industry are advantageous.
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance relevant to electrical/mechanical engineering.

Eaton’s Electrical Critical Power Solutions Division is currently seeking a Product Development Program Manager to join our team. This position will be a hybrid office (3x2) role as long as you live within 50 miles of our Raleigh, NC facility.

Relocation benefits will be provided within the United States only.

The Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish to ensure business goals are met or exceeded. The role also involves driving continuous improvement and lean culture to achieve successful project outcomes, and providing cross-functional teams with processes, tools, and systems to optimize productivity and support organic growth.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $97,000 - $143,000 a year.

What you’ll do:

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3 years of combined professional experience in Program Management, Engineering, and/or Product Development, including at least 2 years of experience leading projects or programs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)
• Product engineering or product design/development
• MBA or master’s degree
• Experienced in electrical industry
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to electrical and mechanical engineering

Skills:

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects
• Experience with project scheduling and resource planning
• Experience completing financial analysis
• Knowledge of product development process
• Excellent verbal/ written communications skills
• Experience leading and collaborating across an organization to achieve goal
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills to make data driven business decisions
• Position requires an individual who is self-motivated, self-managed, team-oriented, proactive, attentive to detail, task oriented, and able to overcome obstacles to meet schedule requirements
