Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10 years product development experience in P&C.
• Five years of commercial and professional underwriting or strong understanding of P&C products.
• Management experience required and ability to lead staff.
• Knowledge of ISO forms, rates and rules and bureau filings.
• Familiarity with compliance rules and commercial lines bulletins.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete product development projects for Property, General Liability, Auto, and more.
• Oversee staff, conduct market research, and ensure products are competitive and compliant.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align with company goals.
• Prioritize product development projects and manage development staff.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met and internal standards are followed.
