Philadelphia Insurance Companies is expanding our Compliance team with Nationwide consideration for a Compliance Manager - Product Development. The role oversees end-to-end product development for Property, General Liability, Auto, Inland Marine, Crime, Farm, Businessowners and Professional Liability.

You will lead staff, conduct market research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure products are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company goals while supporting a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent of 10 years of Product Development experience in the P&C industry.
• Five years’ Commercial and Professional Underwriting Experience, or strong understanding of P&C insurance products, underwriting principles and market trends.
• Management experience required.
• Knowledge of ISO forms, rates and rules, including knowledge of bureau filings, adoption activities, and system development.
• Familiarity with and ability to interpret rules and regulations outlined in compliance and commercial lines bulletins.
• National Range: $114,400.00 - $128,000.00

Responsabilités

• Works with functional leaders in Actuarial, IT, Stat, Underwriting and Claims throughout the product development cycle.
• End-to-end product development process including the execution and implementation of product enhancements and new products/programs.
• Prioritizes Product Development projects.
• Manages the product development staff by assigning projects and overseeing work efforts.
• Coordinates with other functional areas of the Compliance Department on regulatory matters.
• Develops the talent and expertise of the product development specialists.
• Ensures products meet regulatory requirements and adhere to internal company standards.
