Job summary

Philadelphia Insurance Companies is expanding its Compliance team with nationwide consideration for a Compliance Manager - Product Development. The role coordinates new and existing product development across multiple lines to ensure competitive, compliant offerings.

The position requires strong leadership, extensive P&C product knowledge, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, market-ready products. Hybrid work option and regional flexibility are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in P&C product development.
• Five years’ Commercial and Professional underwriting experience or strong understanding of P&C products and market trends.
• Management experience is required and demonstrated in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end product development projects across Property, General Liability, Auto, Inland Marine, Crime, Farm, Businessowners and Professional Liability.
• Oversee staff, assign projects and monitor progress throughout development cycles.
• Collaborate with actuarial, IT, statistical, underwriting and claims teams to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with company standards.
• Develop talent within the product development team and ensure forms/rules follow ISO and bureau filing requirements.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage regulatory matters impacting independent forms and rules.
