Job summary

AliMed is seeking a Product Content Specialist to craft engaging product and editorial content across digital and print channels, while refining product documentation for regulatory compliance. The role blends creative copywriting with precise instructional content, adapting tone for social, email, web, and print collateral.

You will collaborate with Product Management, eCommerce, and translation teams to ensure accurate, on-brand messaging and SEO-aligned content, with hands-on editing of IFUs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
• 3 years of professional copywriting/editing/content development experience for digital/print channels; healthcare/med-device preferred.
• Excellent grammar, tone, and messaging; strong portfolio across digital/print.
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign; Canva a plus; MS Office 365.
• Familiarity with SEO content writing and standard SEO directives.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills; independent with multiple priorities.
• Experience with PIM and DAM systems; Smartsheet a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, edit, and proofread content for digital channels (social, email, web, blogs) and print collateral.
• Edit and update product Instructions for Use, user guides, labeling, and packaging per procedures.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate strategies into clear instructional content.
• Work with eCommerce to implement channel-specific SEO requirements for digital content.
• Ensure content adheres to tone, voice, and brand standards; maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Manage product-documentation projects from request through revisions to final approval with stakeholders and translators.
• Reformat and revise layouts in Adobe InDesign; edit PDFs in Adobe Acrobat as needed.
• Support content updates in PIM and upload assets to DAM systems.
