Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Product Analyst to drive innovation and the overall direction of a product area. You will research customer needs and retail market opportunities, acting as the product expert across design, marketing, and sales to define requirements, functionality, and branding.

The role requires communicating the value of Reynolds products to internal teams, manufacturers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Reynolds DMS platform a plus.
• Knowledge of Automotive Retailing and computer industries preferred.
• 20% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Research customers’ needs and retail market opportunities to guide product direction.
