Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Procurement Associate / Specialist in Raritan, NJ on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on sourcing event execution, supplier data management, cost analysis, project coordination and procurement documentation for the Drug Delivery Device Value Stream.

Will support high-priority Medusa and UPC workstreams on accelerated timelines, ensuring accurate supplier inputs, contract trackers, and readiness for stakeholder review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must have supply chain experience.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred; go-getter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on execution support for sourcing event execution and procurement documentation.
• Assist with eSourcing and analytics activities, including RFx setup and bid comparison.
• Build and maintain cost trackers and unit cost models for stakeholders.
• Track milestones, actions, and contract deliverables across active workstreams.
• Coordinate supplier follow-ups and document meeting notes for stakeholders.
• Support change management and evolving project requirements.
