Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst for a Hybrid role in San Jose, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Cloud Operations.

You will drive end-to-end procurement workflows for data center services, manage requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and reporting in Coupa and related systems while ensuring accuracy and SLA adherence. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in procurement operations, experience with Coupa and Jira/Confluence/Asana, and a data-driven approach to optimize processes,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement operations or a similar role.
• Experience using Coupa and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Ironclad, Google Workspace).
• Experience supporting procure-to-pay workflows for data center services.
• Familiarity with MRC and NRC terms; support billing validation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Process, submit, and manage procurement requests in Coupa and related systems.
• Support end-to-end processing for POs and data center services.
• Monitor progress against SLA and resolve blockers.
• Assist with invoice reconciliation and billing inquiries.
• Maintain trackers and contribute to process improvements.
