Job summary

Our Sunday Visitor in Huntington, Indiana is seeking a Process Specialist to monitor quality and improve operational performance across customer-facing and order-related workflows.

You will partner with leaders and teams to analyze trends, prepare accurate reports, and implement process updates within a hybrid work setting (3 days per week in the Huntington office). Strong Excel and data-analysis skills are essential, as is clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with process implementation and reporting platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality, service, and process performance using standards and scorecards; report trends and metrics.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, root causes, and gaps affecting satisfaction or efficiency.
• Review order processes to improve efficiency and customer experience across teams.
• Document workflows, identify improvements, and assist in implementing changes.
• Maintain dashboards, procedures, and quality records for transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to communicate findings and ensure consistent execution.
• Coordinate system updates and testing with IT; support timely implementation.
• Lead Kaizen events and other continuous improvement activities.
