Qualifications

• Knowledge of continuous improvement concepts and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement activities for the unit and guide FEL design.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence, Operations, EHS to define scope.
• Analyze production loss data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Champion process safety during project design and execution.
• Ensure operability and technical integrity of units.
• Provide effective communication between project teams and Operations.
