This on-site role at our Boston office operates in a hybrid model with regular in‑office collaboration. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in process engineering for SaMD or medical imaging, lean six sigma, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in process engineering or operational optimization in SaMD/medical imaging.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma experience.
• Strong optimization mindset and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop key operational metrics for clinical production.
• Design seamless workflows and optimize processes in collaboration with QA, Software QA, and Product Management.
• Foster cross-functional teamwork with 3D CT analysts and other teams.
• Support scaling and commercialization efforts in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment.
