Insight Global is seeking a Process / Automation Engineer to support startup, commissioning, qualification, and production operations within a highly automated device assembly and packaging environment. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of process engineering and automation engineering, requiring strong troubleshooting skills and collaboration with manufacturing teams.

The engineer will ensure equipment readiness, process reliability, and successful production execution as the area

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, or related field) required.
Experience supporting manufacturing equipment or industrial automation systems required.
PLC programming experience (Rockwell preferred) required.
Experience working cross-functionally with operations and maintenance teams required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment required.
