Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university including 24 credit hours in behavioral or social sciences.

• Degrees outside the U.S. must be evaluated by a recognized service.
• US work authorization required; citizenship not required.
• Newly hired employees must pass background check including fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Using evidence-based practices to facilitate client behavioral change.
• Identify client case management needs and inform clients about available services.
• Coordinate services for clients and monitor case flow and treatment plans.
• Advise judges regarding case status and issues and review case histories.
• Confer with team on case management and prepare cases for hearings.
• Interview clients and write concise case notes; assign cases to tracks.
• Review, interpret and enforce court orders; follow up as needed.
• Research cases to resolve problems and determine appropriate actions.
• Use reporting systems to ensure cases are addressed; conduct field work.
