Qualifications

• Estate-planning, probate, trust-administration, tax, elder-law, or related litigation experience.
• Strong drafting, organization, and client counseling.
• Discretion with sensitive family and financial matters.
• Active or eligible state bar admission for attorney roles.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate early when a decision or resource is needed.

Responsibilities

• Draft or review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate filings, administration documents, or related plans.
• Advise clients, fiduciaries, and families on process, options, deadlines, and risk.
• Coordinate asset, tax, court, beneficiary, and advisor information accurately.
• Keep matters moving while handling confidential family and financial details with care.
• Take ownership of assigned matters and keep clients and supervising attorneys informed about deadlines, risk, and next steps.
