Job summary

VGK Law in Marin County seeks an experienced trusts & estates attorney to lead our trust administration and probate practice while maintaining an independent estate planning portfolio. You will oversee matters from initial client consultation through completion and shape the division of responsibilities with the Managing Attorney, based on your strengths and interests.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of CA trusts, estates, and probate experience.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Ability to manage a large caseload with strong organization.
• Independent, collaborative leader capable of client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trust administration and probate matters from initial consult to completion.
• Independently manage estate planning matters with autonomy over assignments.
• Advise trustees, executors, and beneficiaries on options and duties.
• Develop workflows to improve client communication and efficiency.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with the Managing Attorney on division of responsibilities.
