Qualifications

• Active or eligible state bar admission for attorney roles.
• Experience in corporate, transactional, finance, securities, technology, or commercial-contract work.
• Ability to manage several workstreams independently and prioritize.
• Strong drafting, diligence, and client communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Draft and negotiate agreements, governance documents, disclosure materials, or financing and transaction documents.
• Manage diligence, checklists, issues, signatures, and closing or implementation steps.
• Translate legal risk into practical advice for business decision-makers.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, specialists, counterparties, and outside advisors.
• Take ownership of assigned matters and keep clients and supervising attorneys informed about deadlines and risk.
