Qualifications

• - Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• - Licensed to practice in Illinois or Indiana (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LCPC).
• - Licensure eligible with timely application within state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• - Provide individual, child, family, and group psychotherapy.
• - Complete clinical documentation within 24–48 hours.
• - Determine realistic goals in collaboration with clients.
• - Participate in supervision toward licensure.
• - Develop and implement treatment plans with patients.
• - Crisis assessment and timely interventions.
• - Coordinate care with other professionals.
• - Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidential records.
• - Attend staff meetings and training as required.
