ELEVATION INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY THERAPY PLLC is looking for a dedicated Hybrid Private Practice Therapist for Adults and Families. This role allows you to set your hours while delivering person-centered therapy. Responsibilities include individual and family psychotherapy, clinical documentation, and developing treatment plans. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in a related field and be licensed or eligible in Illinois or Indiana. This position emphasizes a healthy work-life balance and offers the flexibility for autonomy in practice.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a minimum of a Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field.
• License to practice in Illinois or Indiana, or licensure eligible.
• Strong understanding of clinical practice and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24-48 hours.
• Work with clients to determine realistic goals for psychotherapy.
• Conduct the Initial Psycho-diagnostic Assessment and develop treatment plans.
