Qualifications

• Must have completed a minimum of a Master’s degree.
• License to practice in Illinois or Indiana (LMFT, LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW) or licensure eligible.
• Thorough understanding of clinical practices and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Complete clinical documentation within a 24-48 hour timeframe.
• Develop and implement a treatment plan in collaboration with the patient.
