Job summary

Elevation Individual and Family Therapy is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our hybrid practice. You will provide individual, child, family, and group psychotherapy and set your own hours within a supportive team.

Responsibilities include timely clinical documentation, developing treatment plans, crisis assessment when needed, and coordinating care with other professionals to achieve client goals. IL/IN licensure required or eligible within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective individual, child, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24-48 hours for services provided.
• Work with clients to determine realistic psychotherapy goals.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
• Coordination of services with other professionals.
• Crisis assessment with appropriate interventions as needed.
