Qualifications

• Experienced attorney capable of working independently and building trusted client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of sophisticated investment platforms and related governance matters.

Responsibilities

• Support asset management, private equity, investment funds, fund management, and related transactional and governance matters for a major private equity client.
• Serve as a dedicated legal resource for high-volume client workflow, supporting fund formation, co-investments, management company matters, transfer documentation, upper-tier carried interest grants, and related fund operations.
