Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing.
• Strong drafting and legal analysis skills, with ability to manage multiple matters independently.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with templates, precedents, and knowledge management resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support for fund operations and related asset management matters.
• Draft and negotiate transfer agreements and related documentation for fund interests.
• Support management company and GP entity matters, including governance docs and vesting schedules.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, tax, compliance, and investor relations teams to execute transactions.
• Maintain records, templates, and workflows; improve forms and precedents.
• Apply sound legal judgment and practical project management in a fast-paced environment.
