Qualifications

• 2–5 years in insurance account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
• Licensed Texas General Agent with CE credits up to date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal lines book for high-net-worth clients.
• Conduct annual reviews and present coverage recommendations.
• Collaborate with Producers on client strategy, renewals, and marketing.
• Oversee policy changes, renewals, and internal documentation.
• Understand clients' objectives and compare coverage options.
• Serve as primary contact for clients; address questions and resolve issues.
• Maintain carrier relationships; negotiate when necessary.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell products.
