Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Private Client Insurance Relationship Manager to provide exceptional service and advocacy for a select group of private clients. The role requires independent problem-solving and may involve hybrid collaboration across multiple locations.

The position emphasizes thought leadership, mentorship of associates, and proactive client advocacy while aligning with EPIC’s core values and growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; P&C license required.
• 5+ years of client management experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor and provide exemplary service to Private Clients.
• Collaborate with Private Client teams and leadership.
• Lead renewal activity from start to close and deliver reviews per guidelines.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities within accounts.
• Mentor Private Client Associates and support onboarding of new clients.
• Manage projects for EPIC Private Client leadership.
