Job summary

Minuteman Press Downtown Houston is hiring for a hybrid customer service role supporting walk-in and remote clients while partnering with the design team to prep print-ready artwork, quotes, and orders.

You will be the main contact for print, marketing, and promo needs, greet walk-ins, handle calls and emails, and prepare accurate quotes and work orders. Experience in a print shop or marketing environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of graphic design experience in printing environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in deadlines.
• Experience with print production processes and paper stocks.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for print, marketing, and promo needs.
• Greet walk-in customers and answer phones and emails professionally.
• Prepare accurate quotes and work orders for projects.
• Create custom quotes, work orders, and invoices using proprietary software.
• Ensure files are print-ready; review fonts, links, colors, bleeds and crops.
• Collaborate with production to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
