You will lead the Internal Developer Platform and shared services, partnering with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Operations, Data, and Applications teams to modernize the technology estate. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale engineering initiatives or technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year Platform Engineering roadmap aligned to business strategy and IT modernization outcomes.
• Establish and evolve the Internal Developer Platform with product-like roadmaps and measurable customer outcomes.
• Drive platform governance, security guardrails, and automated self-service tooling.
• Lead engineering strategy, design standards, and reusable patterns for hybrid cloud and infrastructure services.
• Promote platform-first mindset to reduce tool sprawl and long-term support complexity.
• Measure success with adoption, reliability, and cost transparency.
