Job summary

Nintendo of America in Redmond, WA, is seeking a Principal, eCommerce Product Management to lead product management for our eCommerce capabilities across web, mobile, and supporting systems. You will identify customer and business needs, define direction, and guide roadmaps from concept through launch.

Lead cross-functional teams, drive KPIs, and align with global teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused commerce experiences. Hybrid work model in Redmond.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or business product management experience.
• 5+ years of eCommerce experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud highly preferred.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and resolve ambiguous business problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a multi-year product roadmap for eCommerce capabilities across Nintendo's web and mobile experiences.
• Identifies customer, business, and platform opportunities through data, insights, trends, and stakeholder discovery.
• Creates business cases defining value, outcomes, scope, costs, risks, and success measures.
• Leads discovery and requirements for customer-facing features and platform enhancements, translating needs into actionable requirements.
• Authors and maintains BRDs, functional requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product docs.
• Defines business rules for commerce capabilities in partnership with accountable teams.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to evaluate solutions and maintain alignment through design and development.
• Establishes product success metrics and measurement plans before launch and reviews results for optimization.
• Partners with Nintendo Co., Ltd. to align regional needs and release plans.
• Acts as SME for eCommerce capabilities, advising on strategy, sequencing and impact.
• Improves PM standards, governance, and templates to increase quality and speed of decisions.
