NeoGenomics Laboratories in Ramsey, NJ seeks a Principal Business Data Systems Analyst to lead the design and governance of the Test Compendium data model that feeds NeoLIMS, Billing, Analytics, and downstream systems. The role translates business needs into URS, data-model designs, and release-ready work for developers.

You will partner with data management teams to shape roadmaps, manage technical debt, and ensure scalable, high-quality data architecture across environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business systems analysis, data modeling, or technical platform ownership.
• Healthcare IT experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Translate business requirements into URS, data-model designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements with URS, data-model designs, and user stories.
• Own and evolve the Test Compendium data model, ensuring consistency and data integrity across environments.
• Provide platform strategy, evaluate design trade-offs, manage technical debt, and align with enterprise goals.
• Shape and prioritize the Test Compendium roadmap with stakeholders and developers.
