As the Principal Business Systems Analyst for the Test Compendium, you will serve as the senior technical and analytical owner for the technical design and business process enablement of NeoGenomics' enterprise Test Compendium data model - the governed source of truth for master test and product data that feeds NeoLIMS, Billing, Analytics, the website, and downstream clinical and operational systems. This role translates business requirements into clear technical specifications, user requirement specifications (URS), data-model designs, Jiraready stories, and release-ready work for developer execution.
