Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years analytics experience or Master's plus 3 years analytics, with degree obtained by start date.
• At least 3 years of experience with at least one scripting language.
• At least 3 years of experience using a business intelligence visualization tool.
• At least 3 years of experience querying and analyzing data languages and platforms.
• Preferred: 4+ years coding in Python, R, Spark, or SQL.
• Preferred: 4+ years in process management/methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) and 2+ years AWS experience.

Responsibilities

• Innovate by mining large and diverse data sources using Open Source technologies.
• Build and maintain well-managed data solutions and self-service data frameworks.
• Partner with business teams to design dashboards, metrics, and insights.
• Drive data quality through metadata, lineage, and governance practices.
• Collaborate with Tech teams to manage security and data access governance.
