Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant software engineering experience delivering production applications or platforms.
• Hands-on AI, ML, or data-intensive solution development.

Responsibilities

• Design AI solutions and production-grade AI applications.
• Translate mission and business needs into secure, scalable AI capabilities.
• Lead architecture standards, technical strategy, governance and cross-team alignment.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, mentoring to engineering and data science teams.
• Grow into ownership of end-to-end AI solution architecture and broader strategy.
