Mercy Clinic Internal Medicine - Gravois is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to support a team of providers and manage triage calls for an attributed patient panel. The role starts on-site with a structured training period and a 50/50 hybrid model after completion, within a fast-paced primary care setting in Saint Louis, MO.

Responsibilities include coordinating triage, collaborating with clinicians, and ensuring efficient, patient-centered care while adapting to a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Practical Nursing or RN with current license.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• Epic EMR proficiency and strong triage skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls/messages for the clinic and support providers.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to drive timely, patient-centered care.
• May transition to a hybrid work-from-home schedule after on-site training.
