Job summary

Mercy Clinic Internal Medicine – Gravois in Saint Louis, MO, is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to support providers and triage patient inquiries. This full-time role starts on-site with a transition to a 50/50 hybrid model after a three-month training period.

The position requires an LPN diploma or RN license, 2–3 years of experience, and proficiency with Epic EMR. Strong triage and time-management skills are essential in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed nursing degree (LPN or RN) with active license.
• 2-3 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR and strong triage capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage calls/messages and collaborate with Providers.
• Support patients and care team to drive quality outcomes.
• Work on-site with potential transition to a hybrid schedule after training.
• Attend monthly on-site clinic meetings as required.
