Mercy Clinic Internal Medicine - Gravois in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers, delivering safe, timely, patient-centered care and driving quality outcomes for an attributed panel.

The role starts with on-site training and follows a 50/50 hybrid model after training, with full-time on-site presence five days per pay period and monthly clinic meetings. This position supports triage and care coordination across the clinic.

Qualifications

• LPN diploma and active LPN license; 2-3 years experience preferred.
• RN education options include AS in nursing, BSN or 4 years experience in lieu; active RN license; 2-3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage calls/messages management for the clinic.
• Work closely with Providers and the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes.
