Mercy Primary Care Clinic – Jefferson is seeking a nurse to support patient triage and clinic workflows. You will work with Providers to manage calls and messages and ensure timely patient access to care.

The role starts on-site with a three‑month training period, then transitions to a 50/50 hybrid schedule. On-site requirements include attending monthly clinic meetings and being available for 32+ hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN licensure is required.
• Diploma in Practical Nursing for LPN path.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
• Strong triage and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls/messages for the clinic.
• Work closely with Providers to support patient care.
• Hybrid work model after training; attend monthly on-site meetings.
