Job summary

Mercy Clinic Primary Care is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to work under the direction of the primary care operations team, partnering with patients, providers, and the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel. The role features on-site initiation with three months of on-site training, followed by a 50/50 hybrid schedule.

Location: Washington, MO with schedule Monday–Friday 0800–1630. No nights or weekends. Competitive salary and Mercy benefits described below.

Qualifications

• RN requires ADN/ASN or BSN; 2–3 years experience preferred.
• LPN requires Diploma in Practical Nursing with active LPN license; 2–3 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, effective, and patient-centered care in a primary care setting.
• Collaborate with Mercy Primary Care Providers and care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel.
