Mercy Clinic Primary Care – Piper Hill is hiring a Primary Care Nurse to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers, ensuring safe, timely, patient-centered care. After three months of on-site training, the role shifts to a 50/50 hybrid model with on-site requirements and monthly clinic meetings.

The position emphasizes triage management, strong computer skills, and teamwork in a fast-paced clinic environment. Location is St. Peters, MO, with schedule Mon-Fri 0800-1630 and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• LPN with active license; 2–3 years experience preferred.
• RN with active license; 2–3 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic triage calls/messages in collaboration with Providers.
• Support clinic operations and patient flow in a Primary Care setting.
• Move to a 50/50 hybrid work model after training and attend monthly on-site meetings.
