Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Nurse to work with our Primary Care Providers in Eureka, MO. The role starts on-site with training and shifts to a 50/50 hybrid model after three months. You will support patient triage, documentation in Epic EMR, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:30 with no nights or weekends; attendance at monthly clinic meetings is required. Tuition reimbursement and strong benefits accompany competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing.
• Licensure: Active LPN license.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
• RN path includes BSN or 4 years of commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, patient-centered care within primary care.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and triage.
• Coordinate care with providers and attend on-site meetings.
• Assist in scheduling and patient education.
