Job summary

CVS Health is seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Associates for a clinic-based float role supporting the North Houston area. The position is open to full-time or part-time schedules with an hourly pay range and shift differentials plus incentive plans.

Providers will deliver high-quality in-person and virtual care, with strong clinical support and tools. ANCC/AANP or NCCPA credentials are required, with DOT and BLS certifications and multi-state licensure as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Family Nurse Practitioner program; active, unrestricted state APRN license.
• Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC) for NP.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide in-person and virtual clinic visits from the site.
• Perform testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care with other clinicians.
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management.
• Handle clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, follow-up, and payments.
