Job summary

AmerCareRoyal is seeking a Strategic Pricing Analyst to partner with Sales, Commercialization, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations to develop pricing analyses and recommendations. Based in our Summerville, SC office, with a hybrid option to work Mondays–Wednesdays in the Summerville office or a commutable trip from Exton, PA.

You will own day-to-day pricing data, quote preparation, and pricing model development, ensuring accuracy, margin targets, and market competitiveness across programs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing organization.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to simplify complex information into clear communication.
• Strong analytical, financial, and data acumen with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis/manipulation).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing recommendations that support profitable growth while maintaining market competitiveness.
• Build pricing, landed cost, and profitability models incorporating product cost, freight, tariffs, and other cost factors.
• Support contract renewals, price increase initiatives through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
• Prepare customer-facing pricing proposals and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to evaluate opportunities and recommend pricing strategies that align with profitability goals.
• Maintain pricing data, cost, freight, tariff, and market intelligence databases for timely analyses.
• Develop dashboards and reporting capabilities to monitor pricing performance and trends.
