Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in life sciences or chemical sciences.
• Contract management experience and coordinating studies with collaborating sites.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience in licensing, technology transfer and alliance management a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contracts and budgets with collaborators and legal/finance offices.
• Track study progress and ensure timely deliverables per contracts.
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Review invoices and audit reports for compliance with contracts.
• File scientific reports and support annual forecasts.
