Job summary

HearingLife, part of the Demant Group, seeks a Public Relations Manager in Somerset, NJ to lead national and local PR initiatives that elevate hearing health awareness and strengthen brand reputation. You will manage media relations, thought leadership, and community engagement to support clinic growth and business objectives.

The role requires 8–10 years in PR, exceptional writing, and the ability to drive results across multiple teams in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 8–10 years in PR, media relations or corporate communications.
Experience managing local and national media programs; strong writing and storytelling skills.
Experience supporting thought leadership and executive visibility; crisis communications preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute national and local PR strategies aligned to company objectives.
Build and maintain media relationships; prepare press materials and coordinate interviews.
Drive community engagement, education on hearing health, and partnerships.
Monitor and report on media coverage, share of voice, and reputation metrics.
