The role requires a strategic thinker with executional skills who can manage national and local PR initiatives, partnerships, and executive visibility while collaborating with marketing and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in public relations, media relations, corporate communications, or marketing communications.
• Experience managing local and national media relations programs.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience supporting thought leadership and executive visibility initiatives.
• Crisis communications and reputation management experience preferred.
• Healthcare, retail, consumer services, or multi-location business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national and local PR strategies aligned to company objectives.
• Create integrated communications plans supporting brand campaigns, new clinic openings, acquisitions, partnerships, and key business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to elevate HearingLife's visibility through earned media and industry recognition.
• Build and maintain relationships with national, regional, local, healthcare, and trade media.
• Develop press releases, media pitches, fact sheets, and media kits.
• Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews with company spokespeople.
• Track, analyze, and report on media coverage and PR performance.
• Develop and support public awareness initiatives focused on hearing health and treatment benefits.
• Partner with Marketing, Clinical, and Local Marketing teams to identify compelling stories.
• Support community outreach and partnerships.
