Small Girls PR is growing and we are looking for an Associate Account Executive within our fast growing west coast office focusing on consumer brands across food & beverage, tech, fitness, and lifestyle spaces! An Associate Account Executive is the foundation of the support infrastructure at Small Girls PR, furnishing documents, call notes, and organizational systems to keep accounts running smoothly.

As an AAE, you will contribute to and impact media relations efforts, actively providing

Qualifications

• 1–2 years post-grad experience in media relations, corporate communications, or public relations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all materials.
• Ability to secure top-tier press placements and show clips as evidence.
• Passion for trends, culture and entertainment news and pop culture.

Responsibilities

• Draft creative pitch angles that position clients uniquely and yield feature stories.
• Establish and maintain warm relationships with business and consumer media.
• Brainstorm campaigns with original concepts to drive messaging for brands.
• Gatekeep monthly activity reports, weekly call agendas, and wrap reports.
• Monitor placements with pulse searches, alerts and social media.
• Share learnings at company-wide all hands.
